We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period.

You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.

We offer three options if you decide to cancel your rental:

  • Reschedule – You may reschedule your rental to any date within 3 months after your original event date.
  • 50% cancellation fee – Applies any time after making the reservation.
  • 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) – Applies if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. No exceptions.

  1. Request an Estimate – Fill out the estimate request form on our website. You’ll receive a detailed estimate via email from QuickBooks Online.
  2. Approve the Estimate – Review and reply to the email to confirm your approval.
  3. Receive & Pay the Invoice – We’ll send an invoice via QuickBooks Online. Once paid, your reservation is secured.
  4. Schedule Delivery – After payment, we’ll contact you to arrange a 2-hour delivery window between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Equipment is reserved upon signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit (for orders over $500) or 100% payment (for orders under $500). Full balance is due 3 business days before delivery.

Yes, we provide delivery throughout the entire DFW metroplex, including:

  • Dallas County – Dallas, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Richardson, Carrollton, Addison, and more
  • Collin County – Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, and surrounding areas
  • Denton County – Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, The Colony, Little Elm, and nearby cities

We service all DFW zip codes. For delivery outside these areas, contact us for special arrangements.

No, we currently do not offer customer pickup. To ensure highest quality and convenience, we only provide delivery service. Our professional delivery team handles safe transport, setup, and breakdown/pickup after your event.

No, we operate as a fully remote team and do not have a physical showroom. All reservations are handled online. Benefits include:
